I make stuff. Sometimes just for fun, sometimes just for money, but ideally for both.
Born and raised in New York, I studied filmmaking at the New York Film Academy and the School of Cinema and Performing Arts. As an undergraduate, I continued my education at Emerson College in Boston, MA with a BA in Film Production. There, I wrote and directed a number of short films, including "Are We Straight?" winner of the Audience Award and Best of Emerson at the Campus Movie Fest 2008. My thesis film "The Shifty Planet of Dr. Strange" played at the 2012 HollyShorts Film Festival, Bare Bones International Film Festival, Myrtle Beach International Film Festival, and Action on Film International Film Festival; and won Best Student Short at the Indie Gathering International Film Festival, and an Award of Merit in the Accolade Competition.
After living in Los Angeles for three years, I returned home to New York and have continued freelancing on set and in the editing room, shooting spec commercials, music videos, sketch comedy, and tons of photographs while I write and develop future films.
